Keith has been a leader in matching senior executives with recognized-global experts to solve critical organizational and work challenges. He has developed Adult learning events on topics of Leadership Development, Coaching, Change Management, Team Building and Women in Leadership. He is also a Chair Person with the New England Human Resource Association.

Tad Furtado
is a political and business consultant with more than ten years of experience developing and communicating strategy for the federal government. As a senior policy advisor for members of the U.S. House and Senate, Tad drafted significant legislative bills and amendments that are now part of U.S. policy. Previously, he developed business seminars that focused on public / private partnerships and emerging technology, including webcasting and new media platforms. Tad maintains his residency in New Hampshire and is working on his first novel.
