Peer Powered Learning
The Peer Powered Learning Team includes Marshall Goldsmith, Carry Metkowski, and Andrew Thorn. The ‘collaboratory’ for this programming exists between who the team coaches – leadership teams, and the struggles they face – surfacing critical conversations, decision making processes, political power plays, trust- what it is and how to create more of it, and leading sustainable shifts in the organization.
