Lisa was the first global account manager in Siebel Systems’ (now Oracle’s) history to lead, design and implement a formal account strategy for Microsoft Corporation. Within two years, revenues grew from $2M to $11M. Other clients have included BMC Software, Wells Fargo Advisors, IBM, OppenheimerFunds, Sony, and Thomson/Reuters.

Lisa has designed dozens of multimedia programs around the results of a one-year study of high performing business owners, and from exclusive interviews with leaders such as Dr. Stephen Covey, Umpqua Bank CEO Ray Davis, Seventh Generation CEO Jeffrey Hollender, and Marshall Goldsmith.  One of her greatest publishing adventures was contributing to Guy Kawasaki’s acclaimed book, “The Art of the Start.”

Lisa’s newest book is “EnergizeGrowth® NOW: The Marketing Guide to A Wealthy Company.”In addition, she is an expert blogger on strategic growth planning for FastCompany Magazine.  Lisa has been featured in U.S. News and World Report and American Express OPEN, and has earned awards for her contributions to publications such as The San Diego Transcript, Women in Technology, and Renaissance Executive Forums.

Today Lisa helps companies implement her acclaimed EnergizeGrowth® marketing and planning programs. She is also a licensed Action Plan Marketing consultant and a graduate of the Million Dollar Graduate Consulting College with Alan Weiss.
