When the CFO asks HR and OD to measure the value of its activities, what sort of objections go through your mind?

  • Many HR metrics are calculations of lagging indicators, measuring what was but not what will be

The ultimate problem is that HR and OD activities often yield subjective, intangible benefits. So, how do you link these soft human capital issues to hard numbers? In the first of a series of 30-minute Just-in-Time seminars on critical HR-related challenges, Dr. David Cohen will challenge the paradigm that measuring ROI is an important HR activity. You’ll get food for thought and an argument for the view that what happens to be popular is not always right. In particular, Dr. Cohen will explore:
