To counter these results and drive improved levels of engagement, Master Coach DJ Mitsch developed the team advantage and has trained a host of masterful coaches to successfully deliver this program. The Pyramid Resource Group which DJ founded with her husband Barry has led and coached team programs for measurable impact to hundreds of teams over the past 15 years in both small and large organizations. Their 16-week team coaching process is a blend of action learning, management by objectives, and invitation to play well with others. Team members are introduced to the phases of team development as they create a game for which they have full ownership, capture an extraordinary goal, author a game plan, add a rallying cry and operate from a new charter. Darelyn “DJ” Mitsch is a Master Certified Coach and past president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) where she guided the organization to expand to global chapters. She is one of the first 25 coaches in the world to receive a Master Coach designation and has coached over 800 executives and hundreds of teams in Fortune 500 companies. DJ is co-founder and President of The Pyramid Resource Group, a corporate coaching company based in Cary, North Carolina.

Barry Mitsch is the Vice President of The Pyramid Resource Group, Inc. He has helped hundreds of professionals with presentation style and content development over the past 15 years.
